Good news from France: a primary palliative care research project was selected for funding by the French Ministry of Health

Good news from France: a primary palliative care research project was selected for funding by the French Ministry of Health!
 
This will consist of a 4 years mixed-methods study in multiprofessional primary health care centers throughout France. The project intends to evaluate a complex intervention relying on an interprofessional training (based on simulation), aiming to promote anticipatory care planning in primary health care, and more broadly, to facilitate access to specialist resources in palliative care.

Co-Principal Investigators are Dr Maxime Gignon1, 2, 3,MD, PhD, lecturer in public health, and Dr Sébastien Moine3, 4, MD, PhD candidate, general practitioner and physician in a palliative care mobile team.
